02 Service Description
IDGAF AI is an AI-powered educational study platform that provides:
AI-generated summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and key terms from your study notes
AI tutor chat for subject-specific help
Exam mode for practice testing
Assignment decoding and analysis
Study streak tracking and progress analytics
Cloud sync for notes and study data
Features may vary by subscription tier (Free, Student, Pro). We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
03 Accounts & Registration
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@idgafai.diy.
One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service:
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
In accordance with academic integrity policies of your institution.
As a study aid — not a replacement for your own work, critical thinking, or professional advice.
Responsibly and ethically — you remain fully responsible for any work you submit in academic or professional contexts.
IDGAF AI is designed to help you learn, not to produce work you claim as entirely your own. Always follow your institution's academic integrity guidelines.
05 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use.
Circumvent rate limits, FOK point restrictions, or access controls.
Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially without permission.
Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious content.
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
06 Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logo, and documentation, is owned by IDGAF AI. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the study notes and content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
AI-Generated Outputs
Summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and other AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal educational use. You may use these outputs in your studies, but you should not represent AI-generated content as your own original academic work where prohibited by your institution.
07 Payments & Subscriptions
Plans: The Service offers Free, Student ($4.99/month), and Pro ($15.99/month) tiers. Prices are in USD and may vary by payment provider.
Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day rolling basis from the date of purchase.
Payment methods: We accept payments via Paystack, Flutterwave, and cryptocurrency.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Price changes: We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any price increases.

09 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by IDGAF AI is produced using third-party AI models. You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
AI outputs are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for verifying facts, citations, and calculations before relying on them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output.
AI-generated content should be used as a study aid, not as final academic submissions.
10 Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data and notes will be permanently removed within 30 days (unless required to be retained by law).
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
Pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is necessary for safety or legal reasons.
11 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12 Limitation of Liability

13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDGAF AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

14 Changes to Terms
